Eight young people arrested on Monday in Point Cook have been charged.
They were arrested in two separate cars on Monday afternoon after being followed by police.
Stop sticks were used on one vehicle, while the other had a window smashed for police.

“It is alleged that the Kia was stolen from a property in Tarneit on 17 June and the Subaru was stolen from a property in Newport on 13 June,” police said in a statement.
The eight youths – aged between 17 and 15 – have all been charged with theft of a motor vehicle.
