Locals still to receive their council election ballot packs can apply for a replacement.
The Victorian Electoral Commission started posting out the packs last week, and says they should be in local letterboxes by today.
There are 11 single-councillor wards for Greater Geelong in this year’s local government elections.

Nine councillors will be elected on the Surf Coast, comprising of three councillors in three wards.
The VEC says if anyone has not received their ballot, they can apply for a replacement from this morning.
