Geelong is in for a calmer day, after storms hit parts of the state, including the local region.
Avalon recorded 15mm of rain on Sunday, while Geelong officially recorded just over 6mm.
The SES received more than 160 calls for assistance across the state, mainly for fallen trees, building damage and vehicles stuck in flood water.

Geelong is forecast for a top of 26 today with partly cloudy conditions.
There may be some showers in the middle of the week, before sunny conditions return for the weekend, with tops in the high 20s.
