A unit has been damaged by fire in Norlane.
Emergency services were called to Kookaburra Court around 6.30am Friday, finding the property well alight.
Firefighters managed to bring the flames under control within 20 minutes.

The resident was not injure.
Police are investigating, and are treating the fire as suspicious.
