Heartless thieves have shocked the community by stealing from a foodbank.
Feed Me Geelong taking to social media yesterday to reveal they had been robbed on Tuesday night.
“We’re heartbroken to share that our charity was broken into last night, and our freezer was emptied,” the post said.

“What hurts most is that we will help anyone, all you have to do is ask. There is never a need to steal from us.
“This isn’t just a loss for us, it’s a loss for the many individuals and families who rely on our support.”
The group also called on the community to assist in restocking the foodbank.
The social media post was filled with comments from the community expressing their disgust at the theft.
