A house fire in Geelong’s CBD is being treated as suspicious.
FRV and CFA crews were called to Myers Street just after 10.30 pm Thursday, finding the blaze inside the single-storey weatherboard property.
The flames were brought under control within 15 minutes.

Firefighters remained on scene to ventilate the property and monitor for hotspots.
Despite initial concerns someone could have been inside the home, no-one was in the property at the time.
The scene was handed to police once it was declared safe.
