A man has been left with serious injuries after a reported stabbing in Bell Post Hill late on Tuesday morning.
A 33-year-old Norlane man was taken to hospital after being found with stab wounds at the Darriwill St. property around 11.30am.
A 24-year-old Bell Post Hill man alleged to have stabbed the victim was arrested nearby a short time later and is assisting police.

The victim remains in hospital in a stable condition and police believe both parties are known to each other.
Investigations are ongoing.
