A man has died and his male passenger has been seriously injured in a crash at Moolap.
Emergency services were called to reports a car had left Point Henry Road and hit a pole around 8.20pm Tuesday.
The male driver died at the scene.

His passenger was taken to hospital with seriousy injuries.
Detectives are now investigating the circumstances leading to the crash.
They are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
