Local police have called on the community to help locate two missing people from the Geelong and Surf Coast areas.
17-year-old Isabella was last seen on Hillside Parade in Torquay on Friday April 11, its understood they could now be in the Grovedale area.
Police say they were last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, grey and white leggings with a black jacket.
Police are concerned for their welfare due to their age and medical conditions, with anyone with information urged to call Torquay Police Station.
Meantime in a separate report, a 58-year-old man has been reported missing from the Norlane area.
Dale was last seen leaving an address in a white 1996 Ford Falcon on Plume Street around 8.30am Tuesday morning.
Police and family are concerned for their welfare due to medical conditions.
Anyone with information, or who sees Dale, is urged to contact Corio police station.
