Police have been called to a crash in Hamlyn Heights, with reports a driver hit a power pole before striking the front fence of two homes.
Officers were told a black Holden Commodore was driving west on Church Street, near the intersection of Vines Road, around 6.10am Friday.
Paramedics treated a 36-year-old Leopold man for upper body injuries, and he was taken to Geelong University Hospital in a stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
No-one else was injured in the incident.
The investigation remains ongoing, with police yet to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
