A unit fire in Norlane is being treated as suspicious.
Emergency services were called to Lumeah Street just after 9pm Saturday.
Police say they have been told an object with a flammable liquid was thrown at the vacant property.
The flames were quickly extinguished and the incident was declared under control within 15 minutes.
No-one was injured.
An arson chemist is expected to be on the scene today to investigate.
Fire crews were also called to reports of a blaze in Armstrong Creek.
They received several reports of an abandoned home on Boundary Road well alight around 5.40am Sunday.
There were six crews on scene at one stage, before being declared under control just before 6am.
