A factory blaze in Breakwater is being treated as suspicious.
Emergency crews were called to Tucker Street around 11.15pm Tuesday, finding the building well alight.
Police believe the fire started inside the property, but no-one was inside at the time.

A community information message was issued at one stage for smoke in the area.
Detectives are investigating the cause of the fire.
