Another major retail space is set to be left vacant with Geelong, with Rivers closing its doors.
The Malop Street store confirming it will shut up shop by the middle of April.
The store has been caught up in the collapse of parent company Mosaic Brands last year.

KPMG confirming that a buyer for the business could not be found, meaning the store would shut nationally, costing 650 jobs across their 136 stores.
“Unfortunately, a sale of Rivers was not able to be achieved,” KPMG partner David Hardy said.
“This means the receivers have made the difficult decision to wind down this iconic Australian brand.”
It’s the seventh branch of Mosaic to be canned.
