The cuteness factor will be increased at this year’s Royal Geelong Show, when the Victoria Police Dog Squad drops by.
Police say some of their four-legged friends will be visiting the local stall today, while there will also be crime prevention information for the adults and showbags for the kids.
Gates open this morning for the show, which runs until Sunday.
Good weather forecast is for the first three days, with showers expected on Sunday.
Tom McCann from the Royal Geelong Show said they hoped for good crowds.
“We’d like to see the community get behind their local event,” he said.
“It’s a volunteer-run predominantly organisation.”
