We’re into the second week of term four but that doesn’t mean police will stop patrolling school zones.
Geelong Highway Patrol’s Sergeant David Brockway says people should expect an increase presence as warmer weather brings people outdoors.
“With the increase in warmer weather you are going to have more kids getting out their bikes and the like,” he said.

Police acknowledge some motorists forget that speed limits have reverted back down.
“So you might see an increased presence of us,” Sergeant Brockway said.
