Emergency services are treating a housefire in Tarneit as suspicious.
FRV responding to a fire on Tarneit road at 4.17 this morning, taking more than an hour to bring the fire at the vacant property under control.
“Firefighters arrived on scene and found a vacant property, 30m x 10m, fully involved by fire,” a statement from FRV said.

“Firefighters donned breathing apparatus and conducted an external attack on the fire due to structural collapse.
“Community advice was issued for smoke in the area.”
The fire was ruled as under control at 4.23 this morning.
