Two men have been taken to hospital after a truck rolled at Murgheboluc.
Emergency crews were called to the Hamilton Highway around 1am to reports the truck had veered off the road and rolled down an embankment.
It is understood the truck was carrying plaster.
A 37-year-old male driver from South Australia and his passenger, a 26-year-old New South Wales man, both suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Police are investigating what led to the incident, which led to the highway being partially blocked.
They are asking anyone with information on the rollover, or who may have dash cam footage to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
