Two men have died in a horror head-on collision in Moriac on Monday night.
The crash happened on Cape Otway Road around 8.40pm, between Mount Duneed and Ervins roads, where it’s believed one of the vehicles veered onto the other side of the road.
A 23-year-old from Moriac and a 59-year-old from Winchelsea sadly died at the scene.
Both men were the driver and only occupants of each vehicle.
Police believe at this early stage both vehicles were travelling in opposite directions when one vehicle crossed onto the wrong side.
Geelong Highway Patrol are investigating the collision and will prepare a report for the Coroner.
